I’m Sarah — a BACP-registered therapist, Person-Centred Creative Arts Counsellor, yoga teacher, and meditation facilitator. I offer compassionate, personalised support for individuals seeking meaningful change.
Whether you're navigating a personal challenge, coping with life’s stresses, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for healing, reflection, and growth. My approach is rooted in empathy and the belief that transformation begins by meeting yourself exactly where you are — without pressure, without judgment.
Alongside individual sessions, I also offer workshops and training, including introductory counselling skills, creative therapeutic approaches such as Person-Centred Art Therapy Skills, and Mindfulness for Wellbeing and Stress Reduction. I also provide corporate wellbeing services to help organisations nurture resilience, creativity, and connection.
