My Philosophy & Background

Hi, I’m Sarah — a BACP-registered therapist and Person-Centred Creative Arts Counsellor with over 13 years’ experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I'm also a yoga teacher, meditation facilitator, and workshop trainer.

Through my work, I’ve learned that transformation doesn’t come from finding perfect solutions. It comes from meeting ourselves exactly where we are — embracing our current experience with compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to grow.

I believe wellbeing is about navigating life’s ups and downs with compassion, increasing self-awareness, and building the resilience we need to thrive. At the heart of my work is the belief that you don’t need to have it all figured out — we’ll meet you exactly where you are, offering a personalised path forward with warmth, understanding, and practical tools to support you along the way.

In addition to individual sessions, I offer specialist workshops, group training, and corporate wellbeing services.

If you're ready to begin your journey of growth and healing, I’d love to hear from you.
